Welcome to Hiway Honey—where the hats are loud, but the legal stuff still has to be said. This website (the “Site”) and any related services, features, content, and tools we offer (collectively, the “Service”) are operated by Hiway Honey Co. (“Hiway Honey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) set the rules for using the Service and buying from our online store.

Some items (including limited releases, special runs, and “The Vault” drops) may be available exclusively online and/or in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to:
- limit sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction;
- limit quantities of any product; and
- discontinue any product at any time.
**Product images and colors.** We aim to display product colors and images accurately, but screens vary. We can’t guarantee your device shows colors exactly as they appear in real life.
**No resale.** We may restrict or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale (for example, by bots or resellers), to the extent permitted by law.

### SECTION 6 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
**Order acceptance.** Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion (including after confirmation), for reasons like inventory issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel or change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, phone number, or billing address you provided.
**Your info.** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your details so we can process your order and contact you if needed.
**Payment processing.** Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Your payment is subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

### SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and shipping timelines are shown at checkout or in our shipping policy (if posted). Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, **risk of loss and title** for products pass to you when the carrier accepts the package for shipment.
If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact the carrier first and then reach out to us—we’ll help where we can, but we’re not responsible for carrier errors, theft, or delays beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law.
